The colour of the food you eat has a direct impact on your health.

Most people I ask what colour of food are they eating answer red, green, orange and brown.

Most people when I ask how many different foods are they eating are only eating about 20 foods a year, i.e. meat, potatoes, oranges, apples, bananas and so on, have you ever asked yourself how many foods you eat yearly 

- grab a cuppa, pen and paper and write them down, then write the colour of those foods, you will be surprised how limited your variety is.
