Banana smoothie

1-2 bananas

100 ml yogurt

½ teaspoon agar-agar gelatin powder or Guar Gum

½ teaspoon honey 

1 cup soy milk or your choice – Goats milk is great for young children

½ cup of water

½ Avocado

1/ 16 teaspoon kelp powder - tiny pinch daily is enough 

1 teaspoon slippery elm powder

20 ml of Cream

2 teaspoons of either Hemp oil, Flax seed oil or coconut oil

 

Place all ingredients in jug and blend.

 

Add the following if needed:
