Baby's Banana smoothie

1-2 bananas

100 ml yoghurt - if vegetarian try coconut yoghurt 

1 teaspoon honey 

1 cup almond milk or your choice if not vegetarian try Goat's milk or Camel milk 

1/2 cup water

1/4 to ½ Avocado

1 teaspoon Blackstrap molasses - unrefined certified organic - helps increase vit B group

Place all ingredients in jug with ice and blend.
